Sani Resort welcomes an annual gastronomic celebration, bringing together some of the top chefs from around the globe to create the most exquisite festival of food, wine and culture. Sani Resort comprises five boutique hotels (including Sani Dunes, opening in June 2017), a yacht marina and 24 top tier restaurants, ranging from intimate tavernas to glamorous restaurants serving world-class Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
The festival lineup includes various professionals from rising stars to Michelin-starred rated chefs. The acclaimed line-up will take over the stage June 23-27, to craft astonishing contemporary dishes that will mesmerize you. The 10-day festival offers workshops, wine tastings, cooking demonstrations and much more. Sani Gourmet 2017 will celebrate the very best in fine cuisine. For the very first time Sani Gourmet is dedicated to shining light on rising chefs and showcasing new talent.
Visitors to Sani Gourmet will have the opportunity to enjoy exceptional menus, network with like-minded individuals and expand their culinary horizons. The festival will take place on various locations on the Sani Resort including Water Restaurant, Byblos Caviar, Katsu and Tomata. Located conveniently close to the international airport at Thessaloniki, the Sani Resort is situated on 4,000 hectares of privately owned land on the Sani promontory in Kassandra, the first foot of the Halkidiki peninsula.
Sani Gourmet is dedicated to providing a first class method for young emerging chefs to showcase their talents. On Sunday, June 25, the group of young chefs will collaborate to make a meal for all guests with the Sani Marina and deep blue Aegean Sea serving as the backdrop and live DJs providing music throughout the evening.
